They were made in England, and date from around the 1930s.<\/p>\n<p>The quality is superb, they have beautifully carved pierced back rests with Prince of Wales feather motifs. They have tapered legs terminating in spade feet, with stretchered bases for extra stability.<\/p>\n<p>We have had the frames re-polished and the drop in seats have been re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric.
