This very rare Barcelona chair and ottoman were designed by Mies van der Rohe in 1929 and produced by Knoll International in 1981 for the 30th anniversary of Knoll International. The offered chair is No 27.
With this backround, Knoll produced in 1981 a very rare limited edition of only 100 Barcelona chairs in cream white leather. The very first Barcelona chairs in 1929 were also produced in this colour so Knoll decided to create this rare anniversary edition in creme champagner white – an absolute collectors item which will become never available again.
The pieces features a champagner creme leather upholstery and comes in a very good condition. The leather and the chromed frames are in a very clean condition.
