Vintage Design
Very elegant and minimal looking set of two Spinetto Chiavari chairs with black ebonized frame and wicker seats. The Spinetto chair is famous for being the inspiration for the Superleggera chair by Gio Ponti. Both chairs in good and solid condition, the wicker feels fine and is in one piece. Black wood frame has some repaint from the past, not too striking so both chairs are ready for instant use.
Would be a great addition for a decorator to complete an eclectic mix and match or italian, french or midcentury design interior. The Hollywood Regency style of these chairs could make a great match with furniture of Robert Marcius, Tecno and Cassina.
