Remarkably iconic and rare pair of walnut bachelors chests designed by George Nelson for the Herman Miller, Primavera line, circa 1950s. We love that these are the same size but have different drawer configuration and have the super rare X pulls. You will not find another pair of these on the marketplace and these will not last long. These are super rare examples, which were purchased together circa 1954. The foil labels found on both cabinets was used from approximately 1953-1955. The finish on both appears to be original and is in good vintage condition with light age appropriate wear-see photos. The original zinc pulls were painted brass by the original owner and show a lot of wear-we actually love the look. They measure 39.5″t x 40″w x 18.5″d each.
