Dismantable two-door body. On the drive triple cranked profiled pedestal box on ball feet with a shock spout indicated by midrisalit and 2 shot bolts. The middle part limbs three Corinthian pilasters whose carved capitals end under the cornice. Two doors with longitudinal evales multiply profiled remote tapered pillow fillings. Loading profiled cornice. Any missing carved center cartridge. Cushion fillings also on the body pages.
Original lock and key. Newer fittings.
Supplemented shelf inside. By arrangement, the cabinet can be equipped with your wishes with other shelves, a clothes rail or a division, consisting of shelf floors and clothes rail.
Old worm engraving (see pictures), but nothing active.

Restaurant restored condition. The following restoration work was carried out: veneer supplements and lethales of relaxed veneers on all the shots, spanes of drying cracks and application of veneer, supplement two profile strips, dry crack in the base plate of the base plant, retouched and dirty bottom plate, running the drawer restored, all Floorboards of the drawer newly damaged, drawer diaphragm repeatedly glued, socket down large partly disassembled and constructively glued again, socket feet again rejected and glued, cleaning at all areas, kit work on all surfaces, retouching work on all surfaces, surface finishing with shellac.
Similar models are also in museums, e.g. The Cultural History Museum Stralsund.
In the second half of the 18th century, the first “Schapp” for the planks of rich merchants and citizens emerged in Northern Germany. The new design agent of the so-called “pillows” from the Holland, as fillings on doors, body pages and drawer diaphragms, sat down in the Hanseatic room and then throughout the German territory. The Schapp gained increasing popularity in the late 17th or at the 18th century and occurred to the site of the bridal chest. The model of the Hamburger Schapp, but also that from Lübeck and Gdansk. For the first time, a local cabinet type was also taken over in other regions while retaining his name.
