Vintage Design
Here we have a beautiful, coloured Mahogany and Brass frame 20 drawer shop haberdashery display counter. The counter dates from approx. c 1930. And is superb quality and ridged. The counter still has its original brass rule on the top. The cabinets stands on block stepped legs which are the same all round which makes this very desirable as a kitchen island or piece of furniture as so many are now used for. The contrast of the two shades of mahogany makes this a beautiful looking piece of furniture and having the polished brassed frame just the icing on the cake. This would make g a great feature both in a commercial or domestic setting and will lend itself to many uses. The counter has had a new glass top fitted as the other was really scratched and cloudy, but all done so is already to be used and loved.
