The De Sede DS-35 armchair is an iconic piece of furniture from the Swiss luxury furniture manufacturer De Sede. De Sede is widely known for its high quality materials, craftsmanship and elegant designs.
The chair is rotatable, height-adjustable (mechanically, not with a gas spring) and has a rocker.
There is a small area of damage to the leather on one armrest. The whip stitch lacing typical of de Sede is fine.

Very nice “Revolt” chair designed by Friso Kramer for Ahrend de Cirkel, The Netherlands 1953. This chair has an original folded black lacquered metal frame and a red ciranol seat and back. It features a transparent construction of clear lines and simple geometrical shapes, ‘less is more’ as Kramer would predicate. This chair has a very nice patina from several years of usage, this gives them a nice industrial look. It seats really comfortable and is in very good original condition.
