Set of four fiberglass dining chairs model 35 designed in 1971 by Antoni Blanc and produced by Diseños Blanc, Spain. Very hard to find chairs from this designer best known for the large number of lamps he designed.

This item features classic Biedermeier elements. Visual simplicity, light-colored woods, and contrasting inlays characterize this style. Relaxed sophistication is the name of the game. Despite original Biedermeier pieces being over 200 years old, the furniture of the movement still feels fresh and modern.

These classic stackable chairs from Bigla date from the 1960s and reflect the style of the thirties with their timeless design and solid craftsmanship. The birch plywood surfaces are stained light, while the frame is painted silver gray, giving the chairs an elegant yet robust appearance.

Condition: The chairs have a charming patina that testifies to their long history. They show signs of age-related wear, but these do not detract from their vintage charm. with some sanding and a new coat of paint, these chairs can look like new again.

The Brno Chair was designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1930 for the renowned Tugendhat House in Brno, Czech Republic. This cantilevered chair, created in collaboration with Lilly Reich, reflects Mies’ minimalist design philosophy, emphasizing simplicity and elegance through the use of industrial materials. The chair’s sleek, single-piece steel frame, bent into a C-shape, supports a taut leather-upholstered seat and back. It was originally produced in two variations: one with tubular steel and the other with flat steel bars, each designed to provide visual lightness and structural integrity.

Interlübke, a German furniture manufacturer founded in 1937, gained recognition for producing modern, high-quality furniture. Known for its clean lines and practical designs, the company became a key player in mid-century design during the 1960s.

Design
This set of six chairs from the 1960s features rosewood frames, highlighting the natural beauty of the wood. Each frame was carefully restored in our workshop, bringing back its original look. The seats are reupholstered in mohair, offering a soft, comfortable texture. The design focuses on simplicity and function, with clean lines and a subtle, curved backrest that enhances comfort without excess.These Interlübke rosewood chairs reflect mid-century design principles, combining form and function.

Condition
with restored frames and updated upholstery, they serve as a great example of enduring design, fitting seamlessly into modern or vintage settings.

We love their uncompromising geometric shape, which makes them look like a children’s construction game! The wooden pieces are in fact assembled without screws using molded assembly parts. The result is rather convincing for a most futuristic and daring design. The chairs are solid, robust and above all comfortable with studied ergonomics which extends to the possibility of easily stacking the chairs. The version offered here is in black varnished wood, with a red leatherette seat.

The chairs are in good condition, the structures are perfect. Traces of use are visible on the black varnish of the structures. Marks of use are visible on the seats. They were designed in the 70s by Swiss designer Bruno Rey for Kusch & Co and Dietiker. They still have the manufacturer’s label. The price is indicated for the set of 4 chairs, we have 12 in stock.
