Single vintage blue yellow stripe pillow. One of 3 for sale purchased 20 years ago at a fabulous antique store in Beverly Hills called…Indigo Seas. This sale is only for the one pillow shown.

Well I’ve been meaning to list this before the 4th of July for 3 years running. So here it is finally making its debut. The front of the pillow has a velveteen red white and blue pattern and the back is burlap. Hand made. Pillow is not signed or dated, but it’s definitely vintage and homemade.

This vintage glazed floral chintz named Glyndebourne. was made in England in the mid-1980’s by A. Ramm. It is a lovely and vibrant pattern of pinkish purplish toned tulips, roses or peonies and leaves on a cream background. The fabric is 56” wide and the approximate 19-1/2 yard length is in two pieces. One piece is approximately 9-1/3 yards long and the other is approximately 10-1/2 yards long. Both pieces were on their original cardboard rolls until I unrolled the fabric to take photos. Both pieces are now carefully folded and would be shipped folded.

A pair of lovely modern pillows, fabricated in Gros Point, hand closed,
filled with a mixture of 50% Down and 50% Feathers.
The pillows are supportive and lovely.

Old Uzbek Trade Cloth Pillow Cover – A Pair

The vintage cotton fabric (Uzbek Caftans) we used for these pillow covers dates back to 20th C. and it is from Uzbekistan.
Every pillow is unique but can also contain small imperfections; the charm of a handmade product.
Uzbek Textiles showcases the gorgeous printed-cotton textiles created and manufactured in Uzbekistan and exported to Central Asia from approximately 1860 to 1960. More than 175 spectacular patterns spanning a variety of periods and styles, from Art Nouveau florals to Soviet-era agitprop, are featured. The people in these Central Asian countries—including Uzbeks, Tadjiks, and Turkmen—incorporated the brightly patterned material into their clothing, particularly their robes, and in their household items.
Material: 100% cotton.
Back side is cotton fabric and with zipper.

These beautiful 17″ x 18″ pillow covers were made from an authentic, vintage Turkish rug handwoven in the 1960s. Bright colors of wool adorn the front of the pillow and the cotton back has a hidden zipper enclosure. Makes a gorgeous addition to any couch, chair or bed.
