Table model 227 in rosewood by Arne Vodder for Sibast. The clean lines and contrasting grain make this table a classic example of Danish design of the 1960s, giving it a timeless elegance. With its beautiful shape and well-balanced proportions, the table has two semi-circular circular flaps on each side and two additional extension leaves with ledges. This allows a width of 178 cm / 234 cm / 290 cm. Vodder has worked with many famous brands of furniture but his main involvement was with Sibast of which he was also artistic director. His work is still widely recognized today.
